What a Real Factory Should Show You
Ask for a walkthrough of production: CNC or casting, mirror polishing, and an in-house PVD chamber. In-house plating is the single strongest signal that you are dealing with a manufacturer, not a middleman.
Red Flags to Avoid
Vague answers about material grade, refusal to provide mill certificates, and inability to show plating thickness data are all warning signs. Always confirm the steel grade (316L preferred) in writing.
